Huh? A thistle to Ed Fallon for holding an event on global climate change on a bitterly cold winter day? It sounds as if the Register thinks global warming is only a problem in the heat of summer.
Your thistle only trivializes an important issue. Why not a rose for the only candidate in the race who has been working on the problem for years?
